Land the middle of beautiful Gradina!

In a beautiful bay Gradina, on a hill overlooking the open sea, a larger plot of land is sold. The land is cascading, covered with stone walls, planted with olives and Mediterranean herbs. The sea is only a short walk away. The bay is sheltered with a natural anchorage and the area is known  for its beaches and natural wonders. On a nearby hilltop is a 15th century church.
A low-traffic access road is located just below the bottom of the plot. There are only a few houses in the neighborhood. The larger settlement (Vela Luka), which has all the necessary facilities (restaurants, ferry dock, shops, hotels ...) is 5 kilometers away.
