In one of the most beautiful bays on the southern island of Korcula is a small traditional stone house with a large garden. It is located close to the sea and surrounded by pine trees, which makes it a unique opportunity for the ideal vacation or Robinson Crusoe holiday. The bay can be reached only by boat or on foot through the forest path (approx. 10 min walk). The bay is known for its very beautiful beach and turquoise sea, and pristine nature. Several small fishermen cottages (the only facilities in the vicinity) are mostly empty throughout the year and their owners only occasionally visit. The house is built well. The stone construction consists of one combined room (kitchen with fireplace, living room, dining room), a bedroom and bathroom. In front of a large, paved terrace, below which there is storage room (possible conversion into additional living space). Water is collected from rainfall, and electritity from a solar system. Beautiful, unspoiled nature, unique marine outings and sunsets, and much more, make this property unique.
