Agricultural Land

 
 

Agricultural land is in plentiful supply but there are restrictions regarding ownership.  Normally, agricultural land is offered in large parcels, with 3.000 m² usually being the minimum, ranging up to 50.000 m² or more.  Often, the land is covered with olive or fig trees and some offerings have old-stone structures.  Access to the sea varies from easy to rugged or distant. "Town water" and electrical service is not usual. The Croatian olive industry is experiencing strong growth and so these properties have good potential value.
