Timothy A. ("Timo") Jarc - Director
Tim is originally from Long Beach, California. In a former life, he worked in various segments of the logistics industry for over twenty-five years, including operations management, and he holds a BSc degree in Logistics Management from Weber State University. At one time he worked as a Realtor®, specializing in residential properties. During that time he acquired his "GRI" (Graduate Realtor® Institute) designation. Tim is a founding member of Marco Polo Real Estate Ltd. In his off-time he enjoys travel (long distance walking), golf, fishing, music (jazz, rock 'n roll), reading (biographies and politics) and renovation work. Tim speaks English and can converse in German.
Melita Gavranić - Licensed agent
Melita is a licensed agent with extensive work in our agency. Although her formal education is not related to real estate, her experience and continuous training in the real estate industry has made her into an exceptionally talented professional. In her free time she designs clothes and enjoys working in her garden. She also speaks English and her great desire is to learn Polish.
Ranka Padovan - Legal Associate
Ranka is the newest member of our team. She graduated from the University of Zagreb, school of law. Her legal skills and knowledge greatly contributes to the quality of the work at Marco Polo Nekretnine. Ranka likes working with people and in her spare time she is actively engaged in hiking, biking, and has a special passion for photography. She is fluent in English and Italian.
